Growers Custom Equipment, LLC (GCE) is focused on their mission to design, engineer, manufacture, sell, and support custom equipment for the Agriculture industry. 

GCE was previously owned by Growers Ice Company (GIC). GIC began manufacturing specialized equipment to support its own pre- and post-cooling operations in the 1930s. Currently, GCE is owned by Post Harvest Technologies, Inc., and they continue their commitment to excellence in designing and manufacturing                                    superior pre- and post-cooling equipment.  

As labor becomes more of a challenge, technology will be required to keep pace with demand. The patent pending GCE Advanced Bin Washer and Tote Washer are the latest of our innovative products.

That's why we make sure our sales reps have support from technical resources and team members that are available to participate in calls and meetings as needed to field questions that are vital in establishing confidence with prospects and furthering the sales process.

What experience do you have to offer?
Do you have relevant experience with a similar organization or in an adjacent market? Do you have deep technical expertise required for establishing credibility and selling into our markets? Have you worked, and succeeded, in an organization that is similar in development cycle, size and resources to ours? What's your financial acumen? Can you articulate the financial value of our offerings to business leadership?

What are your selling skills?
Can you effectively execute each of the steps involved in the sales cycle? Have you ever managed a territory and accounts and produced strong sales numbers? Can you do effective forecasting and document progress?
